Located on historic Walnut Street in downtown Springfield, MO, Brentwood Management Inc is a locally owned and operated property management company serving students for over 30 years. We specialize in student housing, striving to provide quality housing at an affordable price while providing excellent customer service.

All of our properties are located within walking distance of Missouri State University and within access of the Bear Line Shuttle.

Our Property Manager, Doug Acklin, is a lifelong native of Southern Missouri and began his career with Brentwood Management in 1988. Mr. Acklin is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the property management business and is very capable of handling your rental real estate needs.
